Reviews

This course has been reviewed 2 time

Correct name is Shoal Creek. Period. No "Golf and Country Club", no "Country Club". Just Shoal Creek. Golf staff is excellent, and caddies are knowledgeable. It is a walking course that seems to play downhill for all 18 holes. Recent revovations after 2012 Regions Tradition to holes 15 and 16 are excellent.

One of Nicklaus' gems in terms of design. Hosts the Regions Tradition, a major on the Champions Tour. Gets rave reviews from the players. No blind shots, can always see landing area off tee and green visible from fairway.
