Summer weekends can be very slow and over booked. Men's club can be slow putters on Thursdays. Often email and other deals for $50. You can drive on range if you keep it under the net no one will say anything. Range is mats, chipping is rough or sand to a target not a green. Overall a very fun course short for the men and long for the ladies.

Have played this course over 100 time in the last 30 years. Always great shape. Use golfzing for tee times. Play during the week not on the weekend.

Play this course often and enjoy playing here often. Never had a problem with pace of play. Using Golfzing you can get some great deals. Only complaint is getting something to eat at the turn. Snack shack is never open and inside is slow. Also after a big rain it will get soft.

I love this course. Lots of risk and reward. Hit the downhill, left cart path and your drive will go forever. Great true rolling greens. Did I mention its next to the ocean???

A nice, fun course. However, although I firmly believe that good golf cannot be played FAST like the Daytona 500 is run (a 4 hour round is reasonable to me), the 10-12 minute waits on every tee was not a good thing. There were certainly enough marshals to ferret out the professional putter(ers) ahead of us. What gives?

It's more target golf than I can safely handle but it is fun and I can't help but come back. Yes, I'm a 24 handicapper but I can still birdie here and there! The fairways and greens are always in top notch shape. The only possible caveat to that is in winter when storms can blow through and knock down some rather massive trees. The staff is great, helpful and friendly, and they run specials all the time. Also, and I realize this is incidental, they have the best breakfast burrito in Northern California (if you're vegetarian just ask for avocado instead of bacon).

A course that for whatever reason I look forward to playing at least a couple of times a year. When the greens speed is up, some of the most challenging greens on the Central Coast.
