The most challenging aspects to this course are its very small and elevated greens. Additionally, water hazards come into play on six holes, including one island green located in the center of a ten-acre lake. I live in the area and I always wanted to try this course, with the thought of even becoming a member (it used to be member only). I used a Groupon coupon for a foursome with cart for $45. I honestly thought about getting my money back. Course conditions were beyond terrible -cart paths crumbling or just made out of gravel, tee boxes hard as a rock and bare, greens hard as a rock, bunkers overgrown. Bad, bad, bad.
Course had been closed for a few years, it's now a preschool.
