Fairways were in good shape. Greens were good, fast. Snack bar lady was extremely slow that day not usually. Have very good breakfast burrito's.

Bring your sand wedge and be prepared for some monster bunkers. There is also quite a bit of water for a West Texas golf course. Be prepared for 3-club wind or a crosswind of equal strength. This isn't an easy course but is a great deal of fun.
